Saathi Development is an organization setup to empower NGOs and assist donors to achieve the common goal of human welfare in a more efficient and effective manner.

While there are hundreds of NGOs working in Rajasthan and India, not all of them find themselves eligible or deserving enough to nor raise donor funds. On the other hand, there are donors who face challenge in identifying capable organizations for donations.

Here we present Saathi Development as an ecosystem service provider both for the not for profits and donors.

Here is our team of immensely experienced people from various fields.

Mr. Sharad Bhargava

Sharad Bhargava is the Managing Partner of Saathi Development Services. He is a finance professional with over thirty-seven years of experience across not for profit and for profit sectors. He holds a master’s degree in financial management and is a qualified Company Secretary. He has worked with international and national level organizations and with the Government. His technical strengths include financial management, new business development, budgeting and budgetary controls, donor coordination, statutory compliance, assurance and audits and learning and development initiatives in the development sector.

Mr. Jayant Bhaskar

Jayant Bhaskar has over 30 years of relevant experience on wide range of issues in the development sector especially focused on Rajasthan state. His forte is in health and nutrition, and he has worked on design and delivery of various programmatic and capacity building initiatives across several states. He has been a master trainer and state resource person in the health sector in Rajasthan. And he has been actively involved in execution of Impact assessment studies on delivery of services and schemes in the health sector in Rajasthan.

Dr. Shiv Chandra Mathur

Dr. Mathur is an eminent public health specialist with expertise in Health System Strengthening, HRH Management, Health Planning and Policies, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, Health Sector Reforms and Program management in the areas of delivery of health services. He brings in enormous experience from having worked extensively in different capacities to strengthen public health systems in Rajasthan, nationally and internationally.

Ms. Molly Chatterjee Sinha

Ms. Molly Chatterjee Sinha is a Chartered Accountant based out of Delhi with over two decades of experience with Development Sector organizations and corporates having provided services on compliance, audit and assurance. She is passionate about helping organizations and communities build robust and transparent financial systems.

Lt. Col. (R) D Chaturvedi

Lt.Col. Chaturvedi is an ex-army officer, he has been associated with the development sector for more than a decade and is currently working with the Institute of Leadership Development (ILD) Jaipur. His strengths include organizing capacity building initiatives for development sector actors and working particularly on channelizing CSR funds for innovative projects in the social sector.
